Job description

Project Manager / Electrical Project Manager required to join a leading electrical contractor based in Texas.


The successful Project Manager / Electrical Project Manager will join an established electrical contractor, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale commercial electrical construction projects within the mission critical industry.


The Project Manager / Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while working closely with field leadership teams to deliver high-quality electrical installations across major commercial developments. This project is in Texas, and willing to consider relocation.

Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Electrical Project Manager Role:

  • Manage the successful delivery of major commercial electrical construction projects valued at $20M+.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from pre-construction through completion.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Manage project financials, including cost control, forecasting, change orders, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Review project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and performance objectives.
  • Support the delivery of complex commercial electrical projects, including large-scale developments and data center projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards and contractual requirements.
  • Project based in Texas, accepting relocations


Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Electrical Project Manager requirements:

  • Experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Electrical Project Manager, or similar role within commercial electrical construction.
  • Proven experience managing commercial electrical construction projects with a minimum value of $20M on a single project.
  • Strong background delivering large-scale commercial electrical projects.
  • Mission critical or data center construction experience is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction processes and project delivery.
  • Experience working alongside field teams and Superintendents to deliver successful projects.
  • Living in Texas or willing to relocate.
