The Senior Project Manager provides strategic oversight and direction for multiple concurrent mission-critical infrastructure projects, supporting large-scale data center and industrial programs. This role is responsible for leading project execution from pre-construction through commissioning, with full accountability for structural steel and the expansion into additional disciplines and scopes.
Operating at a senior level, the position drives portfolio performance across schedule, cost, quality, and risk, while aligning cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction. The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in shaping project strategy, guiding complex decision-making, and ensuring scalable, consistent delivery across a rapidly growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities●Develop and own senior-level execution strategies, including master schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers that align with hyperscale client demands for speed, redundancy, and scalability.
●Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Design Managers while maintaining direct ownership of the most complex and strategic projects within the portfolio.
●Direct full-cycle project delivery for structural steel and additional scopes and disciplines, ensuring seamless handoffs between design, procurement, fabrication, and erection.
●Conduct high-level customer document analysis and lead the development of senior-level estimates, proposals, and value-engineering recommendations that secure competitive advantage in bid processes.
●Manage senior client and stakeholder relationships through executive reporting, governance meetings, and proactive escalation resolution to build long-term portfolio partnerships.
●Oversee program-wide performance against hyperscale KPIs (schedule compression, cost predictability, quality, safety, and sustainability metrics), identifying systemic risks and driving enterprise-level mitigation strategies.
●Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the division, including adoption of hyperscale best practices, digital tools (BIM 360, Procor Primavera P6), and lessons-learned processes that elevate overall delivery capability.
Qualifications●Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. Master’s degree preferred.
●Certifications: PMP preferred.
●Experience: 10+ years of progressive project leadership experience in data centers or large-scale industrial construction, with significant focus on structural steel.
●Proven success managing multi-project portfolios and delivering hyperscale or mission-critical programs on aggressive schedules.
●Strong expertise in structural steel design, fabrication, and erection processes, plus familiarity with expanding into additional construction disciplines.
●Advanced proficiency with scheduling tools (Primavera P6), BIM platforms, and project management software (Procore or equivalent).
●Ability and willingness to expand technical scope into additional disciplines.
●Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and risk-management skills.
●Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive execution while balancing competing priorities across a portfolio
●Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing program-level mitigation strategies
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • •Strong organizational and program management skills, with the ability to maintain structured reporting, governance, and performance tracking systems
  • •Ability to lead and manage subcontractors, vendors, and partners, including performance management, accountability, and escalation resolution
  • •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project and portfolio data, track KPIs, and drive continuous performance improvement
  • •High attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and excellence at scale
  • •Demonstrated ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and accountability in complex project environments
  • •Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and aggressive timelines
  • •Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering projects and programs on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards
