Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of experiential campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients' campaigns are executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget. You'll flag resourcing needs and interact with clients and be the glue that brings the team together and working fluidly.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of large scale experiential marketing programs  from concept to completion. This includes managing timelines, budgets, resources, leading internal team calls, raising flags, requesting resources, and engaging with clients around deliverables and timelines.

  • Team Collaboration: Proactively work closely with creative, production, finance, resourcing, and operations teams to ensure all aspects of the campaign are executed seamlessly. Manage internal documents, trackers, organize all materials, and manage version control.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and challenges early on and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively solve problems as they arise during the project.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders. 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in project management within experiential marketing, or event planning, or in an agency setting

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and G Suite.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

  • High energy, adaptable, and solution-oriented.

  • Client-focused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
