Enterprise Precast Concrete is the nation's premier provider of high quality architectural precast components for decades. We provide products from architectural panels and custom architectural fabrication to site furnishings and design/build consultation. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager looking to contribute to the continued success and growth of our company.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, processes, and materials
