Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. This role is responsible for overseeing project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, client communication, quality control, and overall project execution. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, and the ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders while delivering exceptional projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:
• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction planning through project closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost projections, and project documentation
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, procurement, and contract administration
• Lead meetings with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams while maintaining strong client relationships
• Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure project quality, safety, scheduling, and financial performance

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Five or more years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, scheduling, and project controls
• Experience managing budgets, subcontractors, change orders, and multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required
