Keystone BlueCraft is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project planning and delivery for on-site teams in San Diego, CA.

Position Summary

As a Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end project execution, coordinating people, processes, and timelines to deliver successful outcomes. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clarity on scope, priorities, and progress while maintaining strong project governance.

You will manage schedules, risks, and deliverables with a focus on quality and reliability. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can bring structure to complex work and communicate clearly across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and proactively address bottlenecks or risks.

  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on requirements, status, and next steps.
