At least 7 years of project management experience, preferably with large, complex automation efforts.

Health care experience Requiredย 

Objective decision-making ability based on strategic objectives priority, business performance analysis and resource availability.

Hands on experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, and communications.

Strong supervision, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.

Demonstrated strong presentation and training skills

Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.

Solid work experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)

Very strong understanding of Medicaid business models and Federal CMS expectations.

Desired

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Experience implementing/supporting Medicaid processing automation efforts.

Experience implementing/supporting Medicaid related fraud and analytics systems
