Role Overview

The Sales Project Manager leads large commercial HVAC projects from initial opportunity through final closeout. This role blends sales, estimating, and project management, ensuring profitable, on-time, high‑quality delivery. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with strong technical understanding and the ability to coordinate teams, vendors, and clients in a fast-paced environment.


Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue commercial HVAC opportunities with general contractors, property managers, and commercial clients.

  • Conduct site visits to assess scope, technical requirements, and customer needs.

  • Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and bid packages.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details to secure profitable work.

  • Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and strengthen Eco Home Solutions’ market presence.

Project Management & Execution
  • Manage all phases of commercial HVAC projects from planning to completion.

  • Develop project schedules, coordinate manpower, and oversee subcontractors and vendors.

  • Lead project meetings, provide progress updates, and resolve issues proactively.

  • Conduct final inspections and ensure successful project closeout.

Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work closely with installation teams, service technicians, warehouse staff, and leadership.

  • Provide clear communication and documentation to ensure alignment across departments.
