Job description

NOW HIRING A SENIOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT:

The Senior Construction Superintendent serves as Phoenix Contractors' lead field executive for complex, large-scale public construction projects. This position is responsible for the overall on-site leadership, coordination, safety, scheduling, compliance, and execution of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This role requires advanced knowledge of public school construction, including storm shelter requirements, shop facilities, and agri-science components. The Senior Construction Superintendent interprets plans and specifications, advises the Architect and design team when necessary, ensures strict regulatory compliance, and drives project completion in alignment with safety, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

This role is for a 14 to 16-month contract in Searcy, Arkansas.
