Title: Retail Project Manager

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 12 months (07/15/2026 โ€“ 07/16/2027)

Pay Range: $43-48/hr. on W2


Job Description:

Provide day-to-day project management support for strategic retail initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining integrated workback schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Work closely with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Brand, Design, Operations, and Finance teams to drive execution across retail programs, seasonal launches, and store initiatives. Develop project timelines, facilitate stakeholder alignment, monitor project health, and communicate risks, dependencies, and progress to leadership.

This role supports a fast-paced retail environment focused on operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and successful execution of strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects while influencing teams without direct authority.


Job Functions:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for strategic retail initiatives from planning through implementation.
  • Develop and maintain integrated workback schedules, project plans, milestones, and critical dependencies.
  • Coordinate project execution across Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Brand, Design, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Facilitate recurring project meetings, document decisions, and track action items through completion.
  • Monitor project timelines, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Prepare executive-ready project updates, dashboards, and status reports for leadership.
  • Support retail launches, seasonal initiatives, and store execution programs by ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Drive project governance through consistent communication, documentation, and accountability.
  • Track project health, monitor deliverables, and recommend process improvements to enhance execution.
  • Support additional strategic retail projects and operational initiatives as business needs evolve.


Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Airtable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience developing integrated project plans and detailed workback schedules.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience with Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, or Microsoft Project is preferred.
  • Experience supporting corporate retail, consumer products, or apparel organizations is highly preferred.


Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in project management, retail operations, program management, consumer products, apparel, or related business functions, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
