Northern Bank is advancing its enterprise data capabilities to support improved decisionโ€‘making, operational efficiency, and responsible innovation. We are seeking a Project Manager to support Enterprise Data Management initiatives across the organization, working closely with the CDO and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate and deliver projects related to data platforms, reporting, automation, and emerging capabilities.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities supporting data enablement efforts, including reporting, platform implementation, automation, and workflow improvements.
โ€ข Partner with the CDO to translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans and delivery roadmaps.
โ€ข Collaborate with developers, business analysts, data analysts, and IT teams to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.
โ€ข Track project progress, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
โ€ข Identify, document, and manage risks, issues, and changes, escalating as appropriate to maintain project momentum.
โ€ข Facilitate requirements discussions, working sessions, and project meetings to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
