Job Summary:
Northern Bank is advancing its enterprise data capabilities to support improved decision‑making, operational efficiency, and responsible innovation. We are seeking a Project Manager to support Enterprise Data Management initiatives across the organization, working closely with the CDO and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate and deliver projects related to data platforms, reporting, automation, and emerging capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities supporting data enablement efforts, including reporting, platform implementation, automation, and workflow improvements.
• Partner with the CDO to translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, data analysts, and IT teams to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.
• Track project progress, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Identify, document, and manage risks, issues, and changes, escalating as appropriate to maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate requirements discussions, working sessions, and project meetings to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting notes, and decision logs.
• Support value tracking and reporting by coordinating with stakeholders to measure adoption, outcomes, and effectiveness of delivered solutions.
• Ensure consistency in project execution practices across multiple initiatives within Enterprise Data Management.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within data, analytics, or technology-related initiatives.
