Job Summary:
MCBANK is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization. This role involves coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing documentation, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines using PM tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
• Support resource allocation and scheduling across project workstreams
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and status update reports
• Facilitate regular project meetings and follow up on action items
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Escalate risks and issues to the Senior Project Manager in a timely manner
• Assist in identifying, logging, and monitoring project risks and issues
• Support the development and tracking of risk mitigation plans
• Maintain the project risk register and issue log
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, SOWs, and change logs
• Produce weekly status reports and project dashboards for leadership review
• Ensure all project artifacts are version-controlled and stored in the appropriate repositories
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in a project management, project coordination role, or related experience
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
