Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing all aspects of projects to ensure on time delivery, within scope, and budget. This role will involve liaising with clients, coordinating internal teams, managing resources, and ensuring quality standards. The Project Manager will play a critical role in the successful completion of projects, maintaining strong communication between stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in processes.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, production, and sales to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
  • Facilitate meetings and maintain clear documentation for all project activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience as an Assistant PM or 1-2 years of experience as a PM, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
  • Proficient in project management software tools such as Autodesk, Procore and MS Office Suite, primarily Excel and Outlook and MS Project.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and fabrication drawings and engineering calculations.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes for windows, doors, curtain wall, or storefront systems is a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
