8613 PM & Consulting OfficeWorks with and across all levels of leadership and management, including the Board and the Executive Team, while providing project management, consulting and performance improvement support to the organization. Supports development and reporting of Kaweah Health's Strategic Plan and provides assistance to the Senior Project Manager and Consultant.

Education
Required: Bachelor's in business or a healthcare related field

Experience
Preferred: Twoyears' experience in project management, consulting, participating in or leading projects, process improvement work, data analytics, other business-related experience in a health care setting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential
With direction, supports the PMCO Service request process.
With direction, provides Project Management support on assigned projects. This includes monitoring project plans, facilitating project meetings, documenting actions and providing updates and reports to key stakeholders.
With direction, works on a variety of consulting projects as assigned by the Director of the Project Management and Consulting Office.
With direction, works on process improvement projects to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
With direction, supports the Strategic Planning process including participating in discussions and workgroups to develop the Strategic Plan, as well as supporting initiative workgroups.
With support and direction, develops and presents written and verbal reports at various points during the lifecycle of assigned projects.
With direction, conducts research and analysis to support the varied work and projects of the Project Management and Consulting Office.

Supports assigned administrative functions of the Project Management and Consulting Office
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and services appropriate to the population served on the assigned unit or work area.
Performs other duties as assigned.
