Job description

Position: Project Manager

Compensation: $100000 - $130000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Carrollton, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role overseeing concrete frame and formwork projects from planning through completion. You’ll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to keep work moving smoothly, safely, and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoy balancing quality, cost control, and client satisfaction, this role offers a strong chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Lead planning and execution of concrete frame and formwork projects
  • Conduct jobsite inspections for safety, quality, rebar, and shoring
  • Manage project productivity, costs, and schedule performance
  • Interpret structural, rebar, and post-tension shop drawings
  • Support Assistant Project Managers through guidance and development
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate material and equipment schedules for efficient project flow
  • Oversee subcontractor and vendor contracts and processes
  • Monitor safety and quality issues throughout each project

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of commercial concrete shell construction experience
  • Experience in project management within concrete frame and formwork
  • Ability to read structural, rebar, and post-tension drawings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and organize detailed project information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and regulations
  • Ability to travel and work extended periods on project sites
