Job Summary


The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and financial aspects of multiple or more complex assigned construction projects. This role coordinates with Superintendents to support execution, manages documentation, cost control, scheduling, and client communication, and ensures projects progress in alignment with contractual and operational requirements.



Responsibilities

  • Maintain and Improve Project Financial Performance across complex or multiple projects
  • Ensure Quality Project Delivery & Timely Close-Out
  • Maintain strong Day-to-Day Client & Partner Relationships
  • Lead projects from kickoff through closeout.
  • Manage multiple or complex project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
  • Interface directly with owners, architects, and consultants.
    • Identify and mitigate risks; manage change proactively
    • Mentor Project Expeditors and Assistant PMs
    • On time AP/AR billings
    • Successful negotiation of contracts
    • Document control
