Responsibilities
Project Leadership
  • Lead multiple concurrent enterprise SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through stabilization.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, scope, risks, and customer deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal and customer teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
Customer Engagement
  • Serve as the primary project management contact for assigned customers, building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, establish clear expectations, communicate progress, and drive timely decisions.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Project Governance
  • Prepare customer status reports, executive updates, and Steering Committee presentations.
  • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers, and implementation artifacts across project management platforms.
  • Track project milestones and ensure deliverables and phase exit criteria are completed.
Continuous Improvement
  • Execute a standardized implementation methodology to deliver predictable, high-quality customer outcomes.
  • Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve delivery through standardization, automation, and best practices.

Education & Experience

  • 1+ year of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, consulting engagements, or customer-facing project management initiatives, including managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, risk, issue, and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve planning, documentation, reporting, and meeting effectiveness.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with global customers and geographically distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with change management and customer adoption best practices.
  • Experience in Service Supply Chain, Asset Management, or Enterprise Software implementations is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
