The Opportunityย 

As Project Manager, Architectural Projects, you will oversee projects from the earliest spark of an idea through design, construction, commissioning, and long-term asset stewardship.ย

Whatย Youโ€™llย Do:ย 

Lead Visionary Projects from Concept to Completionย 

  • Partner with ownership and senior stakeholders to define project vision, goals, and success criteriaย 
  • Evaluate opportunities through feasibility studies, site analysis, and strategic project planningย 
  • Guide design teams, architects, interior designers, engineers, and specialty consultants through all phases of project developmentย 
  • Drive design excellence while balancing functionality, guest experience, constructability, budget, and scheduleย 
  • Lead value optimization initiatives that preserve design intent while maximizing project outcomesย 
  • Develop business cases, project budgets, schedules, and capital authorization packagesย 
  • Identifyย project risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies early in the development processย 

Deliverย Exceptional Resultsย 

  • Determineย the most effective project delivery and procurement strategy for each projectย 
  • Lead consultant and contractorย selection, tendering, negotiation, and contract administrationย 
  • Manage project execution from design through construction and occupancyย 
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, quality, and project performanceย 
  • Review change management, claims, and risk mitigation strategiesย 
  • Chair project meetings andย maintainย alignment across stakeholdersย 
  • Oversee commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activitiesย 
  • Support the long-term stewardship and evolution of our estate assetsย 

Whatย Youย Bring:ย 

  • 7+ years of experience managing architectural, development, hospitality, or commercial construction projectsย 
  • Proven experience working alongside architects, engineers, consultants, and contractorsย 
  • Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and project delivery processesย 
  • Expertiseย in project budgeting, cost control, scheduling, andย financial managementย 
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsย 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environmentย 
  • A passion for architecture, design excellence, and creating memorable placesย 

It Would Be Great If You Also Haveย 

  • Professional experience in Architecture or Interior Architectureย 
  • Owner's Representative, Development Management, or Client-Side Project Management experienceย

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, orย a relatedย disciplineย
