Project Manager

CFS is currently working with a growing construction company that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys managing projects from start to finish, working closely with clients and field teams, and keeping everything moving on time and within budget.

If you're a Project Manager who likes being hands-on, staying organized, and solving problems as they come up, this could be a great fit.

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage construction projects from kickoff through completion as the lead Project Manager

  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines

  • Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation

  • Monitor project costs and help ensure projects stay within budget

  • Communicate project updates and address any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle

  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and meet quality expectations
