Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction and infrastructure projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, contractor coordination, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple construction and capital improvement projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, surveyors, internal stakeholders, and construction teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee project safety, quality standards, and compliance with applicable regulations and environmental requirements.
  • Support environmental permitting and documentation as needed.
  • Evaluate contractor bids, resolve project issues, and provide regular project updates to leadership.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
  • 4–9 years of experience in construction, utilities, infrastructure, or a related industry.
  • At least 2 years of Project Management or Construction Management experience.
  • Experience managing construction projects involving utilities, substations, transmission, telecommunications, infrastructure, or similar facilities is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
