About the Role

We are a growing residential real estate investment company specializing in fix-and-flip projects. We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple renovation projects from start to finish. This role is hands-on and field-focused, ensuring high-quality work, tight timelines, and strict budget control across all projects.

The ideal candidate has strong construction knowledge, can manage subcontractors effectively, and knows how to keep projects moving without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple residential renovation projects simultaneously from kickoff to completion

  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors across all trades (framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, drywall, flooring, painting, etc.)

  • Ensure all work meets quality standards, local building codes, and company expectations

  • Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timelines are met

  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and prevent cost overruns

  • Conduct regular on-site inspections and progress checks

  • Identify and resolve construction issues proactively

  • Pull permits and coordinate inspections with local towns and municipalities

  • Maintain clear communication with ownership, vendors, and subcontractors

  • Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and professional at all times

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction or renovation project management

  • Strong working knowledge of all major construction trades

  • Proven experience managing subcontractors and vendors

  • Experience working with residential permits and inspections

  • Ability to read and understand construction plans and scopes of work

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites
