Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Management Associate to support our project management team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating resources, preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in the development of project plans and schedules.
  • Track project progress and update timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, reports, and task lists.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely updates.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, escalating as needed.
  • Use project management tools (Microsoft Project, Sharepoint) to manage tasks and timelines.
