Are you a civil engineer ready to transition from production-heavy tasks to true project ownership in one of the Southeast's fastest-growing coastal markets? We are seeking a Project Manager / Project Engineer to lead high-impact site development initiatives from our Myrtle Beach office. Core Responsibilities

  • Full-Lifecycle Stewardship: Orchestrate all aspects of civil site development, guiding projects from initial feasibility and master planning through final construction administration.

  • Strategic Site Design: Direct the preparation of comprehensive site plans, ensuring technical precision in grading, complex drainage systems, utility infrastructure, and erosion control.

  • Regulatory Diplomacy: Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to navigate permitting hurdles and ensure seamless project approvals.
