Job description

Our client is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time, remote-flexible role based in Chicago.

This position is ideal for a highly organized project management professional with experience leading integrated marketing initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. As a client-facing role, you will serve as the operational hub between strategy, creative, account, vendors, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution.

You will oversee project timelines, scopes, budgets, and workflows while managing day-to-day communication across internal teams and clients. This role requires strong experience in project planning, resource coordination, quality assurance, and omnichannel campaign management across digital, social, web, email, and paid media.

You must have exceptional organizational and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment. Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, is highly preferred.

The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing agency operations, supporting financial tracking and vendor management, and driving collaboration across teams to ensure every project is delivered with excellence.
