Security Project Coordinator

Apply to join our team as a Security ProjectCoordinator! You'll work for a growing, local, family-owned company that hasbeen serving Nova Scotians for over 100 years.

The Role:

  • Managing the installation of security solutions, ensuring efficient delivery from the time of accepted quotation to successful fulfilment in accordance with job scope and client needs.
  • Review and careful interpretation of project needs, monitoring compliance with Wilsons and Industry standards.
  • Supporting the technical team in understanding of project needs and providing team leadership for issue resolution by working with the appropriate team members and supervisors.
  • Maintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction, including project scheduling, managing client expectations, oversight of on-site technical work and client training.
  • Ensuring clear and concise documentation of execution as it pertains to scope, change orders, notes, etc.
  • Ongoing development of personal technical and industry knowledge to provide high quality and value security solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Organization and time management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of computers (i.e.: Microsoft Office)
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced work environment
