As a Commercial Roofing Project Manager, you will:

  • Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through final completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.
  • Manage project costs, budgets, change orders, and overall profitability.
  • Collaborate with Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, property owners, consultants, and general contractors.
  • Conduct routine jobsite visits to monitor safety, quality, and project progress.
  • Review project specifications, contracts, plans, and scopes of work.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, manufacturer specifications, and building codes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, permits, change orders, billing, and closeout packages.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or budget.


Qualifications

Required

  • A minimum of 2 years of Commercial roofing project management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems including:
  • TPO
  • PVC
  • EPDM
  • Modified Bitumen
  • Metal Roofing
  • Roof Coating Systems
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred

  • Experience working with General Contractors and negotiated contract projects.
  • Knowledge of manufacturer warranty requirements and closeout procedures.
