The Carpenter Foreman oversees day-to-day construction activities on residential job sites, ensuring work is completed to a high standard of craftsmanship and in compliance with plans, specifications, and local building codes. This role coordinates and leads crew members, subcontractors, and suppliers, manages project timelines, and maintains a safe, organized, and efficient work environment on new-build single-family home projects.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily construction activities on residential job sites, ensuring all work aligns with plans, specifications, and local building codes.
  • Coordinate and manage crew members, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep the project moving efficiently.
  • Work closely with project managers, owners, and inspectors to support smooth project execution and communication.
  • Schedule and sequence work to maintain project timelines and avoid delays.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction activities.
  • Inspect work regularly to ensure high standards of craftsmanship and quality.
  • Identify and resolve issues or deficiencies promptly to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain punch lists and ensure all items are completed in a timely manner.
  • Enforce job site safety standards and OSHA regulations to protect all personnel.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment on the job site.

Pay and Benefits
