  • Escalate issues in a timely manner and work with engineering leads and the CTO to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and change logs.
  • Coordinate resource allocation across engineering teams to ensure the right people are working on the right tasks at the right time.
  • Define and enforce project management best practices, processes, and tools across all managed workstreams.
  • Drive accountability among team members to meet commitments and deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.

Qualification Requirement:

  • 3-5 years of project management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex technical or engineering projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and tracking costs.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with technical teams and senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar).
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualification:

  • Background in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience working in a technology-driven organization or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with engineering workflows, software development lifecycles, and technical project constraints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
