What you'll be responsible for as a Mitigation Project Manager:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle!
  • Explain the reconstruction process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for workflow and timelines
  • Prepare and submit a budget for each reconstruction project
  • Review the completed files for the profitability and accuracy of the original scope
  • Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to Project Coordinator

  • Excellent relationship building/maintenance skills
  • Knowledge of restoration processes and procedures
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills
