Medical imaging data doesn't move itself and when it does, it has to be right. At Enlitic, we build and deploy the technology that helps healthcare organizations manage, migrate, and make sense of critical imaging data. 


We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technical complexity and client relationships, someone who can keep multiple high-stakes projects on track without losing sight of the bigger picture: better outcomes for the healthcare systems we serve.


We're specifically seeking candidates located in the greater Chicago, IL area.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation through closure in accordance with defined processes and timelines 
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation using Zoho Projects
  • Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams to support project delivery 
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and clients 
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes 
  • Identify project risks and issues and work with internal teams to drive resolution 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Manage client expectations and ensure clear and consistent communication 
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure proper archiving upon project completion 
  • Support issue escalation and resolution throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system readiness, connectivity, and deployment support 
  • Support sales and pre-project activities as needed 
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and support onboarding or mentoring of new team members 
  • Perform other duties as required to support business operations

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Healthcare, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a structured project environment 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients 
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Systems Administration, Integration) 
  • Ability to identify risks and issues and drive resolution within established processes 
  • Experience using project management tools and maintaining project documentation


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in healthcare technology environments, including PACS, VNA, DICOM, or HL7 
  • Experience in data migration or software deployment projects 
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools; experience with Zoho Projects or similar platforms
