Position Summary

The Project Manager supports the planning and execution of strategic operational initiatives across North America such as network optimization, system integration, product launches, and onboarding customers and suppliers. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, managing project documentation, and driving the successful execution of assigned projects from planning through completion

The Project Manager partners closely with Operations, Security, HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Real Estate, and other functional teams as well as external vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and without disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary coordinator and manage the day-to-day execution of strategic operational projects and initiatives partnering with cross functional teams both internal and external.
  • Establish project cadence as necessary to ensure cross functional alignment and
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, action logs, and implementation schedules
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve project risks.
  • Proactively and as required communicate project status.
  • Support project implementation while also ensuring all documentation is completed and in place as required.
  • Complete project completion review to identify project management office best practices as well as challenges and opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated successful project management of large projects in excess of$0.5M to $2.0M in cost, revenue or savings.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, or other project management tools.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on details.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 30% to support project execution.
