Position Overview

In this role, you will help execute projects that build a better world, supporting the organization's sustainability and innovation initiatives by coordinating project deliverables from order entry through final sign-off.

Typical Day or Week in the Role

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating meetings
  • Keeping stakeholders updated and engaged
  • Validating budgets and schedules
  • Managing the project from order entry through sign-off
  • Regular team meetings and ongoing collaboration with project stakeholders.

Team Structure

  • The team currently consists of 15 people, made up of Project Coordinators and Senior Project Coordinators.

Work Environment

  • This role is approximately 90% office-based and 10% on the shop floor. Standard PPE is required in shop floor areas.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree, plus 5-7 years of relevant experience OR
  • Master's degree and 5 years of experience
  • 2-year degree and 9 years of experience OR
