As a Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional teams and drive execution for fuel system components supporting some of the world's leading aerospace programs. Job Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all stages of project execution, from the creation of the Project Charter and Plan through implementation, delivery, and close-out. This role works closely with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with quality and performance expectations.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Define and document complex business requirements and processes.
  • Lead project meetings and review sessions with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and assess customer project proposals.
  • Facilitate project meetings, technical reviews, and progress updates with internal teams and customers.
  • Manage multiple, parallel projects using formal project planning techniques.
  • Oversee projects through all lifecycle stages, from business need through delivery.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Anticipate and address deviations from project plans or schedules, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Identify, log, and manage project risks and issues, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Prepare project close-out documentation, lessons learned, and final reporting.
  • Generate a range of documents, including schedules, project plans, and cost reports.
  • Partner with Business Development to support customer relationship management activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution, communication, and process efficiency.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within a manufacturing business environment.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • General knowledge of financial management, contracts, engineering standards, logistics and supply chain.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, conflict resolution and risk management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
