You'll manage workflows, maintain governance documentation, and turn regulatory tracking data into insights that improve decisions. If you love simplifying complexity and building data-driven, scalable operations that support cross-functional legal work, this role puts you at the center of high-impact coordination across Product and Technology teams.
About the Team...

  • Provide support, education, and assistance to team members and stakeholders on intake processes and tracking tools
  • Identify opportunities to prevent fragmented legal positions by surfacing cross-product implications early
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans
What you'll bring...
  • Proven project management experience within Legal, Compliance, Product Operations, or cross-functional program management
  • Hands-on experience with workflow tools and intake/tracking system design
  • Ability to turn data into insights; strong reporting and visualization skills
  • Must be highly proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • You're proactive, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in large cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred
