POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Success & Business Development Manager plays a critical role in supporting the growth and long-term success of our Health Screening business. This position serves as a strategic liaison between clients current and potential clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring client needs are understood, Vuepoint services and capabilities are communicated clearly, contractual commitments are effectively managed, and opportunities for expansion are identified and executed.

This role combines account management, project coordination, data analysis, and business development responsibilities. The ideal candidate is relationship oriented, who thrives on solving challenges and remains steadfast in ensuring VuePoint delivers on commitments. They are continually asking how they can improve to deliver more value or attract new clients. Organized, data-driven, and comfortable interacting with external clients, partners, and cross-functional internal teams. They will develop a deep understanding of our business model, operational capabilities, and the metrics our clients use to define success and value, enabling them to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

In addition to managing customer relationships and growth opportunities, this role provides coordination and oversight for onsite health screening clinics to ensure events are executed successfully and consistently meet VuePoint Diagnostics operational and customer service standards.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Client Success & Relationship Management

· Develop a thorough understanding of each customer’s goals, priorities, and success metrics.

· Proactively identify and address customer concerns, risks, and opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention.

· Serve as a point of contact for assigned Health Screening clients.

· Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.

· Support, prepare and deliver regular business reviews, performance updates, and presentations to clients.

· Own and drive client facing implementation activities


Project Management & Contract Support

· Coordinate and manage contract renewals, amendments, and scope expansion discussions.

· Track action items, deliverables, and timelines related to customer requests and contractual commitments.

· Attend client meetings, capture detailed notes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.

· Partner with legal, operations, compliance, technology and leadership to support contract negotiations and implementation.


Performance Analysis & Strategic Insights

· Analyze operational, financial, and customer performance metrics.

· Translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations for both clients and internal stakeholders, driving informed decision-making.

· Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve service delivery and profitability.

· Monitor customer health indicators, including satisfaction, utilization, growth potential, and risk factors.


Business Development & Growth

· Support the Senior Director of Health Screening in evaluating and pursuing expansion opportunities, including:

· Introducing new services to existing clients.

· Expanding current services to additional departments or populations.

· Identifying and cultivating opportunities with prospective clients to drive new business growth

· Assist with proposal development, pricing analysis, and business case preparation.

· Coordinate internal resources to support sales presentations and customer proposals.


Onsite Clinic Coordination & Customer Support

· Coordinate and support onsite health screening clinics to ensure events are planned, staffed, and executed in accordance with VuePoint Diagnostics standards.

· Serve as a key point of contact for customer representatives, physician office staff, and internal operational teams before, during, and after clinic events.

· Confirm all logistical details are in place, including scheduling, equipment requirements, staffing, and site-specific needs.

· Monitor clinic readiness and proactively resolve issues to ensure a smooth and successful event experience for both clients and members.

· Ensure all deliverables are completed following each clinic, including timely and accurate reporting of screening results and any required customer follow-up.

· Gather customer and operational feedback to identify opportunities to improve event execution and client satisfaction.

· Track clinic performance metrics and summarize outcomes for internal stakeholders and clients as appropriate.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with Operations, Technology and Executive Leadership teams.

· Communicate customer expectations and ensure internal alignment to deliver on commitments.

· Help drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and business performance.

· All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field, required.

· 3–6 years of experience in client success, account management, business development, or consulting.

· Strong project management and organizational skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations Demonstrated ability to analyze data and present insights clearly.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

· Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, client –facing and dynamic environment.

· Experience in healthcare services, diagnostics, wellness, or population health.

· Experience with Medicare Advantage or Health Plans is highly desirable

· Experience with CMS STARS and NCQA HEDIS Quality Measures.

· Familiarity with contract management and proposal development.

· Experience supporting sales or customer expansion initiatives.
