Our team is seeking a (Sr.) Project Manager who is highly motivated who works within an Account Team (Client Success, SEO, Content) to develop and maintain project plans, provide project status, manage customer feedback and ensure deliverables are complete, accurate and on time. The Project Manager reports directly to the Director of Delivery Execution.

  • Project Leadership & Execution: Works with internal teams and customers to ensure that project tasks are accomplished on time, milestones achieved and that expectations are surpassed.
  • Performance Monitoring & Risk Mitigation: Monitors and reviews project progress and timelines; adjusts resource schedules and plans as needed, and identifies and resolves issues to ensure project success.
  • Operational Oversight & Communication: Makes daily decisions about how project tasks are executed (assignments, sequence, deadlines, dependencies, problem solving) and acts as the team\'s main point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicates project statuses to appropriate stakeholders, including customers, and disseminates information on problems or potential delays.

How We Evaluate
  • 2+ years of project management experience, digital or corporate marketing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher with focus on Marketing, Business, Project Management or adjacent areas. 
  • Proven experience driving project teams to collaborate, achieve deadlines, milestones, and goals.
  • Demonstrated experience defining, managing, and maintaining multi-month, large-scale projects, priorities and schedules.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and within multidisciplinary teams.  
  • Experience communicating directly with customers and other key stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with a project management tool is preferred.
Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $77,000 to $142,000. *This salary range is based off of the market pay for all of the United States; Terakeet applies a multiplier to this range based upon the specific geographic location of a job candidate*
