Job description

Rinvio is hiring an Electrical Project Manager for commercial electrical project work in the Winchester, Virginia area. This role is suited for a journeyman-level or higher electrical professional with strong field leadership and commercial project experience.

Pay: $60-$65/hour, based on experience

Location: Winchester, VA

Schedule: Full-time project-based role; commercial project schedule based on site needs

Type: Contract

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day electrical project coordination, field execution, schedules, materials, manpower planning, and quality expectations
  • Support commercial electrical installation work from planning through closeout
  • Coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to keep work moving safely and efficiently
  • Review drawings, schedules, scopes, RFIs, change information, and project documentation
  • Help enforce safety, quality, code compliance, and professional jobsite standards
  • Track progress, communicate issues early, and support successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Journeyman electrician license or equivalent advanced electrical background preferred
  • 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
  • Electrical project management, field leadership, foreman, superintendent, or project lead experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, drawings, schedules, and field coordination
  • Ability to communicate professionally with crews, site leadership, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Reliable transportation to the Winchester project area
  • Must be dependable, safety-minded, organized, and able to complete project onboarding requirements
