Job description

  • About C2MG Builders

We build luxury homes, restore historic homes to their grandeur, and undertake renovations of brownstones in the city. Our expertise is evident by keeping the tradition of quality craftsmanship alive and well through extensive professional training, modern materials, advanced technologies, and old-fashioned teamwork. We manage every project from beginning to end with the utmost care and respect for the client and the budget.
Our project portfolio spans New England, showcasing our unwavering commitment to quality and tradition. From brownstones in Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Cambridge, and Greater Boston to rambling country estates and modern luxury homes in greater Boston and throughout New England, we bring old-world processes, values, and artistry to the building industry.
We are seeking a Project Manager who lives our core values every single day and has deep experience in luxury residential construction and high-end renovations. If you thrive on seeing projects through to extraordinary completion while leading with humility, grit, and joy, this is your opportunity to join a company where culture is king and excellence is expected
What You'll Do (and How You'll Do It)
  • Lead with Extreme Ownership & Tenacity - Take full responsibility for every detail that impacts project success. Identify priorities, execute flawlessly, and see every job through to the end-no excuses, only results. From pre-construction planning to final walkthrough, you own the outcome.
  • Deliver with Grit - Navigate the inevitable challenges of luxury builds and historic restorations with resilience and resourcefulness. When obstacles arise, you move forward, turning setbacks into successes that exceed client expectations.
  • Build Esprit de Corps - Foster a team environment where pride and loyalty run deep. You'll rally in-house carpenters, subcontractors, and vendors around a shared mission, creating a "one team, one fight" culture that makes every project feel like a family victory.
  • Serve as a Servant Leader - Lead by lifting others up. Support your team with the resources, training, and encouragement they need to grow. Mentor craftsmen, communicate transparently with clients, and ensure everyone feels valued and equipped to do their best work.
  • Infuse Humor & Humility - Keep the job fun. Laugh together, win together, and never take yourself too seriously. A light-hearted approach keeps morale high and reminds us that the best work comes when we get over ourselves and focus on the mission.

Your Day-to-Day Impact
  • Oversee multiple luxury home builds and historic renovations from start to finish
  • Manage estimates, budgets, schedules, and quality control with uncompromising attention to detail
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors and clients to ensure seamless execution
  • Champion safety, compliance, and the highest standards of craftsmanship
  • Build lasting relationships with clients who become raving fans of C2MG Builders

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of proven Project Management experience in luxury home building and high-end renovation (historic restoration experience a major plus)
  • Deep knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor management, and premium materials
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop teams
  • Exceptional communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Experience with Buildertrend, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
  • Alignment with our core values: Tenacity, Extreme Ownership, Grit, Esprit de Corps, Servant Leadership, and Humor
  • A humble, purpose-driven mindset that views building as a way to serve others with excellence and integrity.

Why You'll Love It Here
