Job description

ReNuke Services is seeking a Project Manager 0 (Entry level) for our client’s site in Salem, SC!

Responsibilities:

Support Project Management team in:

    • Assist with configuration management and project closeout in our ACT software.
    • Coordinate field labeling activities
    • Coordinate integration of projects into plant operations and maintenance programs (i.e., Lockout-Tagout database, preventative maintenance, etc.)
    • Assist with contractor bid packages.
    • Assist with managing purchase orders.
    • Arrange meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
    • Use business software applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, NERC/environmental checklists, risk registers, agendas, minutes, etc.
    • Implement project setup in both our accounting and project management software.
    • Generate financial reports and assist with monthly forecasting.
    • Gather required approvals for invoices for processing through the A/P.

Requirements:

Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management principles. Project related work/school experience; Demonstrated to Working Knowledge in Project Management, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving; Collaborative Team Member. Demonstrated to Working knowledge in project related Scheduling / Cost Controls. The Project Management Specialist may have relationships with individuals in various organizations ranging from individual contributors to Department Leadership (i.e. individual contributors up to senior department management).
