Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Wichita, KS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
