About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and manage all project operations from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities


PreConstruction & Project Planning

  • Work closely with pre-construction personnel to ensure compliance with specifications, contract drawings, scope, and contract requirements

- Identify and resolve constructability, design, schedule, and administrative issues prior to production.

  • Establish project budgets and production schedules.


Contract & Process Management

  • Maintain awareness of contract requirements including scope, specifications, drawings, billing requirements, change order procedures, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Maintain the project schedule and oversee punchlist completion and closeout.


Financial Oversight

  • Negotiate contract scope and final pricing with clients.
  • Convert bid tabs to cost reports and maintain them through closeout.
  • Manage schedule of values, cash flow projections, and monthly billings.
  • Manage project receivables and payables.


Subcontractor & Vendor Management

  • Ensure subcontractor and vendor scopes support full contract compliance.
  • Verify subcontractor billings align with project financials to maintain positive cash flow.
  • Coordinate subcontractor and vendor schedules with overall project scheduling
  • Assist in negotiating subcontract and purchase order terms.


Team Leadership & Personnel Management

  • Assist with selecting the project team at award.
  • Identify personnel needs and oversee hiring of labor.
  • Manage and maintain labor budget development and execution.
  • Ensure proper documentation of administrative and personnel procedures
  • Set clear expectations and distribute consistent information to team members.


Qualifications
