Job description

At Savant, we’re building scalable, forward-looking solutions that support the growth of our firm and the success of our clients. We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive meaningful business outcomes across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and can align teams, priorities, and execution to deliver results.  As a Project Manager, you’ll own the delivery of key initiatives from start to finish—ensuring projects are well-defined, aligned, and executed successfully.

You will:

  • Lead the full project lifecycle—from intake and planning through execution, implementation, and stabilization
  • Coordinate across business, technology, and operations teams to keep priorities aligned and moving forward
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and status reporting to maintain visibility and accountability
  • Facilitate governance routines (planning meetings, stakeholder updates, retrospectives) to drive progress and alignment
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively problem-solve to keep initiatives on track
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including providing executive-level updates on progress, risks, and decisions
  • Help build and refine scalable processes, tools, and workflows that improve how work gets done across the firm

What Success Looks Like

  • Projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives
  • Teams are aligned, informed, and working effectively across functions
  • Risks are anticipated and addressed early
  • Leadership has clear visibility into progress, outcomes, and decisions
  • Scalable, repeatable processes are developed to support continued growth

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs
  • Proven ability to manage initiatives from planning through implementation
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches; relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, PSM) are a plus
  • Strong project planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS is a plus

What Sets Savant Apart

  • Collaborative, integrated model across advisory, tax, and planning—no silos

  • Growth-oriented firm, offering meaningful opportunities for career development and long-term impact

  • Values-driven culture, grounded in excellence, integrity, lifelong learning, respect, growth, and servant leadership

  • Majority employee-owned, giving our team a shared stake in our long-term success

The Perks

At Savant, we invest in our people—supporting both their well-being and long-term growth. We take a market-based approach to compensation. The expected base salary range for this role is$115,000 - $155,000, with final pay determined by experience, skills, and location. This role may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation based on responsibilities and performance.

Our Total Rewards
