Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. May require a bachelor's degree and 7 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

ONSITE 1040 HOURS

The purpose of this request is to procure Project Management Services for to support the ADA program in the Technical Services Branch of the Highway Division. This is a program recently created with the purpose of building and implementing a vast technical program comprised of many engineering, business and data management activities, including developing or updating of ADA engineering specification and technical guidance documentation, collecting or updating ADA inventory data, ADA data reporting, data quality assurance, technical training and certification. The candidate will be responsible for a) developing and updating a master PMO program plan/ schedule identifying individual projects/ efforts, b) estimating project and program resources, c) identifying and scheduling key programmatic milestones and dependencies, and d) performing project management services to manage and track progress of key high-priority projects identified in the master plan, ensuring these projects are completed on time and within budget.
