We're looking for a motivated Project Manager to support the development and execution of new products from concept through production. This is an excellent opportunity for an early to mid-career project management professional who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, staying organized, and helping bring innovative products to market.


In this role, you'll partner with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Sourcing, Operations, and international manufacturing partners to keep projects on schedule, coordinate deliverables, and ensure successful product launches.


What You'll Do


Support Product Development

  • Lead multiple product development projects from concept through commercialization.
  • Assist with developing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Help identify potential project risks and escalate issues while supporting resolution efforts.
  • Coordinate meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-up on project deliverables.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with Design, Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Sourcing, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to keep projects moving forward.
  • Serve as a central point of communication to ensure stakeholders remain informed of project status.
  • Assist in coordinating priorities across departments while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Partner with Global Manufacturing

  • Lead communication with overseas manufacturing partners throughout the product development process.
  • Help coordinate production schedules, timelines, and product readiness.
  • Assist with resolving pre-production issues and tracking supplier deliverables.
  • Participate in meetings with international suppliers, including occasional communication outside of standard business hours when necessary.

Project Coordination & Process Improvement

  • Utilize Monday.com and other project management tools to manage schedules, project documentation, and task tracking.
  • Maintain organized project files, timelines, and status reports.
  • Assist with monitoring project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Recommend improvements to project management processes and workflows to increase efficiency.
Requirements:

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Production Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in project coordination, project management, product development, manufacturing, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and product development processes.
  • Experience using project management software such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

  • Interest or experience within the hunting, shooting sports, outdoor recreation, sporting goods, or consumer products industries.
