Brief Job Description

 Sales/Estimating & Project Management

1. Build & Maintain relationships with customers, both new and existing

(Position: Estimating/Sales)

2. Demonstrate ability to read and understand contracts, construction documents, and plans (Position: Estimating/Sales)

3. Write detailed scope proposals (Position: Estimating/Sales)

4. Perform plumbing and HVAC estimates on: commercial remodels for hospitals, universities, retail, office buildings, hotels, etc. (Position: Estimating)

5. Attend project meetings and scope reviews; procure material and equipment

(Position: Estimating/Sales/PM)

6. Provide management support on projects from start to finish Perform take-offs and deliver submittals timely (Position: Project Management)

7. Provides recommendation for manpower load and resources for projects

(Position: Project Management)

8. Reviews & Identifies and perform project change orders (Position: Estimating/Project Management)

9. Maintain project plans and job costing (Position: Estimating/Project Management)

10. Provide Support on requisition according to contract and / or project requirements
