Job Summary

Southern Company Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead a portfolio of strategic projects within the Power Delivery Data Analytics organization. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Manager will collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects across the Data Analytics organization.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and overall project health.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, leadership, and vendors.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, planning sessions, and executive reporting.
  • Track project dependencies, resource allocation, and staffing needs.
  • Manage vendor deliverables and resolve project issues and escalations.
  • Support governance, change management, and project reporting processes.
  • Promote project management best practices and continuous process improvement.
