This company has approximately 100 employees and provides commercial HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and service work. Their project portfolio is diverse, ranging from smaller commercial projects to large-scale data centers, manufacturing facilities, and food-processing/packaging facilities.

They are looking for someone who understands the technical side of sheet metal/HVAC work and can effectively manage projects, customers, and internal teams.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage commercial mechanical/HVAC projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress
  • Coordinate office and field activities
  • Visit jobsites as needed
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and communication

  • Help keep projects on schedule and running efficiently
  • Represent the company professionally with customers and project partners
What They're Looking For

  • Strong sheet metal/HVAC knowledge and field understanding
  • Ability to understand the technical aspects of mechanical projects
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with customers and field teams
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills

The company is more interested in the quality and relevance of your experience than simply the number of years you've been in the industry.

Types of Projects

The company works on a wide variety of commercial projects, including:

  • Data centers
  • Manufacturing facilities
  • Food-processing and packaging facilities
  • Commercial buildings
  • Restaurants
  • HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration projects

Project sizes range from smaller commercial jobs to very large-scale projects.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Vehicle allowance
  • Gas card
  • Company-paid insurance premiums
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k)
  • Company phone
  • Company computer
  • Private office
Why Consider It?

This is an opportunity to join an established commercial mechanical contractor with a diverse project portfolio, strong benefits, and continued growth.

If you have a solid background in commercial HVAC/sheet metal project management and are open to hearing about a new opportunity, we'd be happy to have a confidential conversation and provide more details.

If this sounds like something you’d be open to learning more about, apply directly or contact Steve at Solid Rock Recruiting: steve@solidrockrecruiting.com
