PRECONSTRUCTION

  • Work with the Principal/Project Executive/Sr. Project Manager to maximize competitiveness of new building projects.
  • Analyze new construction technologies and run competitive
  • Plan and direct all investigations and negotiations pertaining to technical aspects of conceptual estimating and building of projects. Estimate costs of materials, labor, and use of equipment required to fulfill provisions of

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Demonstrate a solid knowledge of GLY building product
  • Demonstrate understanding and proper administration of different contracting types, including, but not limited to: GMP, Lump Sum, GC/CM, and Design/Build.
  • Demonstrate strong planning
  • Dispense advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies and practice.
  • Apply effective problem-solving skills, which are appropriately creative and

What It Takes:


  • 5+ years project management experience in commercial construction. Minimum 10 years total industry experience.
  • Proven track record of winning work as the key selling resource.
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • DBIA, LEED, LEAN and / or other related industry accreditations preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to navigate challenging situations for positive outcomes.
  • Excellent written, verbal and other interpersonal communication skills - communication is a large part of what we do!
