Overview
The full time Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing projects from intake through final delivery. This role serves as the central point of communication between account teams, creative teams, and production partners to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
The Project Manager develops timelines, establishes due dates, manages project workflows, coordinates reviews and approvals, tracks project progress, and ensures deliverables move successfully through each stage of the process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication across teams.
In addition to day-to-day project management responsibilities, this role will play an important part in advancing the use of AI and automation across project management workflows. The Project Manager will identify opportunities to streamline administrative tasks, improve project visibility, automate routine processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and support more efficient ways of working. This position is expected to help drive continuous improvement by leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to increase team capacity, reduce manual effort, and improve overall project delivery.
Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from request intake through final delivery.
  • Develop project schedules, timelines, milestones, and due dates.
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings and status updates.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Route projects through creative development, proofing, review, and approval processes.
  • Track revisions and ensure feedback is communicated and incorporated appropriately.
  • Ensure final deliverables are completed accurately and delivered on schedule.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve project workflows and reduce administrative effort.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to support project planning, status reporting, documentation, meeting summaries, and workflow management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required
  • 3+ years of project management, workflow coordination, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Microsoft Planner, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting creative, marketing, production, or agency teams.
  • Familiarity with proofing, review, and approval workflows.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency and reduce administrative tasks.

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $84,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
