Project Manager Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $30.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
  • In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring every detail is executed with precision and excellence.
  • Lead the comprehensive planning, execution, and closure of diverse construction projects
  • Ensure all project deliverables are executed with unwavering precision and excellence.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and critical resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Drive the project planning process, including defining scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. 
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption.  

Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous Project Management experience in construction, manufacturing, building components, or a related industry strongly preferred.
  • Experience interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience with ERP or project management software is a plus.
